Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Winddrops. If you are under 18, you may not use the service.

Wellness service, not medical care

Winddrops provides general wellness, relaxation, grounding, and sleep content. It does not provide medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

Do not rely on Winddrops in an emergency. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service. Stop an exercise if it feels unsafe or worsens how you feel.

Accounts

Some features may be used as a guest; other features require an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity through your account.

AI, transcription, and narration

Personalized scripts are generated using artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. Review it and use your own judgment; do not treat it as professional advice.

Optional voice input uses automated transcription, which may mishear you. Optional narration uses third-party speech services. Availability and output quality are not guaranteed. The Privacy Policy explains how notes, audio, scripts, and related context are processed.

Subscriptions and billing

Winddrops Plus is an optional, automatically renewing subscription. The price, billing period, any trial, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Unless you cancel before renewal, Stripe will charge the payment method associated with your subscription.

You can manage or cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled according to the checkout terms and applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may use Winddrops only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with or overload the service; bypass access, rate, or security controls; probe for vulnerabilities; use automation to extract content or consume services at scale; impersonate another person; submit unlawful or rights-infringing material; or use the service to harm anyone.

Your input and our content

You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You authorize Winddrops and its providers to process that information only as needed to operate, support, and protect the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

The app, branding, design, and provider-created content are owned by Winddrops or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. If a change is material, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Winddrops at any time and may request account deletion. We may restrict or end access if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Winddrops is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every person, or that a particular result will occur. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Winddrops and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
